Bizarrap’s session music is now a cultural phenomenon thanks to his collaborations with Latin hitters like Shakira, Arcángel, Nicky Jam and his latest work, Peso Pluma.
“BZRP Music Sessions #53” with Shakira—released in January—reached number nine on the Billboard Hot 100. The special track broke a handful of Guinness World Records. It now makes them the title holders for Most Streamed Latin Track on Spotify in 24 Hours (1,439,324), Most Viewed Latin Track on YouTube in 24 Hours (63,000,000), Fastest Latin Track to Reach 100 Million Views on YouTube (in almost 22 hours) Most streamed Latin tracks on Spotify in one week (80646962).
Another favorite musical session is the team of the Argentine producer with the Spanish artist Quevedo. It is one of the most watched Bizarrap sessions on YouTube, and the one that catapulted both artists to worldwide success. Buzzer Music Sessions Vol. 52″ scored their first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. Currently, he has more than 520 million views on YouTube.
Other top-watched sessions include “BZRP Music Sessions #36” with Nathy Peluso — which instantly became a social media sensation in 2020 thanks to Peluso’s catchy verse (“I, I, I’m a bad girl, cool/ This ass is normal’) – and “BZRP Music Sessions #13” with Argentine rapper and singer Nicky Nicol, who collaborated with Bizarrap early on for one of their first-ever sessions.
