If you missed International Whisk(e)y Day in March, you have another chance to celebrate tomorrow, May 20, which is International Whiskey Day. Founded in 2012 by a Scottish university student (who was of legal drinking age), it’s a day to enjoy not just Scottish distilleries, but those beyond the island’s borders. You can pour yourself a straight drama or make things festive in a cocktail. Here are some recipes to celebrate the day, the season, and the many expressions, with or without the letter “e.”
